Situation A small business had grown to the point where it needed services beyond what its existing CPA firm could provide. The owners owned two businesses and were using an antiquated system to manage their finances and accounting needs; they needed a more efficient system.
Solution Eide Bailly met with this prospective new client to determine the full extent of their needs. After completing a needs assessment, we were engaged to restructure the company's Chart of Accounts; set up the client on Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions; and train the client on managing their accounts payable, accounts receivables and inventories.
Results - Many of the tasks previously performed by hand are now automated, providing greater efficiencies to the client.
